Verification Process

If we need additional time, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 calendar days (90 calendar days total), with an explanation of the reason for the extension.

When you submit an opt-out request, including through a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar opt-out preference signal, we will process your request and provide confirmation that it has been completed, as required by California law effective January 1, 2026.

We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request as required by applicable California law. When we detect a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.

11. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals

As required by CalOPPA, we disclose how we respond to Do Not Track browser signals. At this time, there is no universally accepted standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. Our Website currently does not alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals. However, we honor GPC signals as described in Section 10 above. We will update this disclosure if a uniform standard for DNT is adopted.
